Introduction ZTA ceramic plate
ZTA ceramic plate, or we call it ZTA zirconia toughened alumina ceramic tiles, ZTA bricks, ZTA blocks, Al2O3+ZrO2 Ceramic Tile, Lining Brick, Hex tile, ZTA Ceramic Tile. They are with very good wear resistance and can be used in many industries.
Zirconia Toughened Alumina(ZTA) is high purity alumina mixed with zirconia. It makes a touther, stronger material. It combines the advantages of partially stabilized zirconia(PSZ) and alumina. Almost as hard as alumina, almost as strong as PSZ. From 3 to 10 times more abrasion resistant than high purity alumina. The content ratio between zirconia and alumina we make is 15:85, 20:80, 25:75, 30:70.
