Introduction ZTA ceramic rod
ZTA ceramic rod square shape or we can call it customized abrasive ZTA Al2O3 alumina ZrO2 zirconia ceramic square rod bar shaft, it is widely used in many industries.
Zirconia Toughened Alumina(ZTA) is high purity alumina mixed with zirconia. It makes a touther, stronger material. It combines the advantages of partially stabilized zirconia(PSZ) and alumina. Almost as hard as alumina, almost as strong as PSZ. From 3 to 10 times more abrasion resistant than high purity alumina. The content ratio between zirconia and alumina we make is 15:85, 20:80, 25:75, 30:70.
